Returns & Replacement Policy


What is HiBiHi's Returns & Replacement policy?

We assure you that all the products sold on HiBiHi are brand new and 100% genuine. HiBiHi will replace the product if in case the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described'.

In order to arrange the return for a faulty or defective product, please contact our Customer Care Team by emailing to support@hibihi.com, within 7 days from the delivery of the product. No refunds or replacements will be given if the product has been opened and the product has been used, damaged or tampered with.

You can write your complaints to support@hibihi.com mentioning the defect of the product to be replaced. We will get in touch with you and the product will be replaced with free of cost on the above and below conditions.


Exceptions to our Return and replacement policy

The following shall not be eligible either for return or replacement:

    - Misused products
    - Tampered products
    - Electronic products and any other products which comes in sealed condition. Once the seal is broken, only way is to approach the nearest customer care centre of the brand
    - Any damage or defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
    - Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
